Steps to Registration:

  1. Visit the website (
  2. To login or register an account, click on login at the top right or by going to
  3. If you are already registered, login using your username and password.
  4. If you have not registered, click on “Create an account”
  5. Enter your username, email id and a strong password.
  6. In the user type, choose B2B.

  7. Enter all the required fields – PAN number, GST Number, Bank Account details, Date of Birth, Anniversary Date, First Name, Last Name, Full Address including Pin Code and Phone Number.
  8. After entering all the details, click on Register.
  9. A verification email will be sent to your email id that you entered.
  10. Click on the verification link to verify your email and proceed to login.

Product Selection and Order Process:

  1. Browse through the various products and add the ones that you need to the cart.
  2. Some products have minimum order quantity or value. Ensure that you have chosen the required quantity and value.
  3. Ensure you have chosen the correct size of the items you need.
  4. Enter the shipping address if different from the billing address.
  5. Double check all the products, sizes and quantity ordered.

Shipping Options:

  1. In the Order Notes, enter the transport that you would like us to use for delivery.
  2. If you are based in South India, delivery is free. If you are based in other states, then shipping is on TO PAY basis.

Payment Process:

  1. Accept the terms and conditions.
  2. Click on Place Order.
  3. You will be taken to the payment page where you can pay via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or Mobile Wallets.
  4. After making the payment, you will return to your “My Account” page.

Order Confirmation:

  1. Once the order has been received, we will get in touch with you to confirm your order and start processing.

Delivery Confirmation:

  1. Once your order has been shipped, you will get an email confirmation of the delivery along with the details of the transport used to ship your products.

Order Status or Inquiry regarding your Order or any other product inquiry:

  1. To check on the status of your order or to inquire about your order or any other product enquiry, login to your account and click on Conversations.
  2. Click on New Conversation, choose the type of conversation, enter the title and details. Then click on Start Conversation.
  3. Murugan cutlery website team will be notified and we will respond to you via the conversation.

For Bulk Order:

  1. For Bulk ordering, click on Bulk Order in your account page.
  2. Enter the product details and quantity.
  3. Click on Add to Cart to checkout.
