Domestic Shipping Policy for B2C Customers
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Method
Shipping will be done via courier. The delivery time depends on the courier company and you could directly contact them once we provide you the order tracking number after shipping
Shipping Charges
Shipping is FREE for all B2C customers.
Shipment Territories Covered
Murugan Cutlery ships to addresses within India only.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your confirmation number. The tracking can be done with the respective courier company.
Shipment Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.

We currently do not ship outside India.

Shipping will be done in the transport as per your recommendation in the checkout page. Please enter your recommended transport in the order notes.The delivery time depends on the transporter chosen by you and you could directly contact them once we provide you the Lorry receipt upon booking.
Shipping Charges
Free Shipping only to Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Telengana. Shipping to all other states will be done on a TO-PAY basis. The Retailer/Wholesaler need to pay the freight charges directly to the transporter.

Murugan Cutlery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the transporter to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
