In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your Invoice date. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
No refunds accepted for B2C orders.
Procedure to follow for returns (B2B Customers only)
Step 1
Retailer registers a refund request from their account page by going to the orders page and selecting refund request from the order.
Step 2
Retailer registers all details of the complaint with pictures via email to returns@murugancutlery.com, after raising a refund request.
Step 3
After approval from company, return the faulty goods through door-delivery transport (To Pay) basis.
Step 4
Share the LR via Conversations by going to the account page and navigating to the conversation tab.

- Warranty claims for manufacturing defects.
After we receive your items, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
